• All direct bookings made through the Website for stays at Ark Lake Resort, a brand owned and operated by Pearl Recreation Private Limited.

2. Booking Terms

• Bookings made through the Website are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details at the time of booking. Any misrepresentation may lead to cancellation without refund.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to operational constraints, force majeure, or non-fulfilment of booking conditions.

3. Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in, as per applicable laws.

4. Payments

• The Website accepts online payments through approved payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, or equivalent).
• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• The Company is not liable for any payment failure, delay, or error caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

• Any loss or damage to resort property caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest responsible.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to vacate the premises in cases of unruly behaviour, illegal activity, or non-payment of dues.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website — including text, photographs, videos, logos, design elements, and trademarks — are the intellectual property of Pearl Recreation Private Limited or its licensors.
